I cried at my niece's wedding because she was just so beautiful. I cried at my daughter's because I was so happy for her, she married the greatest guy in the world for her.
Shoulda cried at my own wedding, I would have if I'd known what was coming! But I got my beautiful daughter out of it, so I'm glad I didn't know.

No, seriously, I'm officiating at one in October, so I have to maintain a sober mien, as all ministers are expected to do. Chewing on the furniture keeps me from balling.

i suppose its because i'm the last of all my friends to even get married....or be engaged....or anything....

and i do yeah ask myself.....will i ever have that special someone to spend the rest of my days with.
