I don't see a problem with it, as long as the couple realizes that there may be others in the general area, and they exercise some restraint & respect for those around them.

It depends on what you're talking about.
Kissing, Hugging, holding hands et cetera I see no problem with. Its a testament to the love the couple feels, and shouldn't be judged by those around them.
However, any activity that spawns the retort:
"Get a room!"
Probably should be done behind closed doors.

i like it, and will attempt it at any opportunity... 
i see nothing wrong with kissing and cuddling.. i do hesitate a little/choose my moments before putting my hand down her pants etc.. but if theres no one around, its kinda fun...

I think theres nothing worst, holdings hands and a peck on the cheek fine, but full on snogging in public, I think you'll find people do it for attention, or because they get a thrill out of people watching them doing it, what ever your into, but for me its a no no!
