If you mean that Africa is more and more negleckted and left out by rest of the world , I agre with you but if you think as most of superpowers do that Africa should be left out and not cared for anymore I disagre compleatly.

A short history lesson...you surely need it, right?

The Homo Habilis, our oldest identified (3 millions of years) ancestor, is situated in the African cradle. He is followed of the Homo Erectus who emigrated a first time of Africa toward Asia 2 millions of years ago... then a second time toward the Europe 1 millions of years later.

Between - 500 000 and -200 000 years one notes that the fossils recovered in Africa are all in way of "sapientisation."
In other words the Homo erectus evolves toward the modern man. 100 000 years ago, it is in Asia and to the Middle Orient that one finds this type of evolution toward the homo sapiens.

He doesn't appear in Europe that toward - 40 000 years: it is the man of Cro-Magnon.

All these recovered fossils make the unanimity... and the methods of dating permit to assure the presence of such species, to a place and one moment given.
