It doesn't make much difference whether life is fast or slow, if you feel that it is beyond you then you start burning out fast.

more stressfull could be calm and slow life in the village for meyself.i like life in the villages, but i still prefer the fast life.

Depends on the person I think, we all make our own realities through perception, what suits one doesn't suit another....there's no perfect recipe to a happy life or we would have found it and patented it by now...nope, you just gotta take it as it comes and try it for a while to see if it fits
People are always changing, something which you enjoy now might not be what you're after in years to come...happiness seems a fluid entity, it shifts and changes so I suppose we just have to keep adapting, trying to solidify it is the part that creates unhappiness...holding onto the past is no good, embracing new situations and keeping an open mind are the way I try to do things...seems to work ok so far

stress is another word for worry; if you can make it better by worrying; then u should worry; if not dont worry and it gets better all by itself

Some stress you get from what you do not get to do in time...either your life is fast or not. Basically I think many people get stress because of a lack of ability to say "no"...I myself am guilty as h... in the same, but sometimes the consequenses by saying "no" seems to justify some stress.
Actually there are some medicin surveyes that prooves that some stress is healthy and keeps you on the toes...I belive that, but I also have felt on my own body and soul that you have some limitations that you stresswise discover too late...
