Lightning, Thunder, Rain .... Beautiful and Majestic! I like to share it with my grandkids... they stand in awe of that Power ... it makes them realise I`m not THAT Powerful .. maybe?

We just had a powerful thonderstorm - going over us - hurricane like - its getting rather scary sometimes -
That was the one that came over Switzerland just now !!!! where I ran around slamming closed all the shutters, and putting the cat in the cellar ... It was a beautiful storm, huh?got my father on the boat outside the lake .. but reached him cant on the cell phone ...he got back in just in time ... bloody crazy old man

When my daughters were young we used to enjoy watching them lightening by the windows & one of them she hated the noise.
Don't enjoy it as much in the evening being on my own though as sometimes it effects electricity power cuts.

fantastic! the thunder is booming and lightening is brief.. have seen some amazing lightening storms in Australia, lighting up the whole sky for 10 seconds... wow! its electric 
It means....S**t power cut!!!! (only in Malta this happens I think) Then I need to cuddle up in the dark

They are going to be Model Citizens, cause there is a method that works for me..... If the parents are Crazy then the kids are opposite. Now I trying to see if it works with the next generation too?

has anyone ben hit by lightening? what did it feel like?? OR have you known someone hit by lightening or a close call... some jobs are more dangerous for this... my father used to work in a crane and as such was a bit of a target...
