If i think she is the right one then i can wait until she is done with her ex and start living single then i can pop up again but til then a married woman even if she is in the process of finalizing ehr divorce and living with her spouse, hell no, its not my style and i am not into that...

very bad....two red flags alreadybest thing to do is wait until the divorce is final and he gets out on his own.

If they are still living with their spouse than no way---I wouldn't get tangled up with someone who wasn't sure.
People who are in the middle of a divorce sounding off at the lip but are still living under the same roof with the person they are sounding off about are there for security reasons and I don't want anyone that has no guts.
