good point nowhere was bread mentioned but unless you toast it you eat it cold as you do ham and it said you can eat fish by cooking it with lemon juice

Ham is smoked ... not good for anyone on a Vegan Diet. (Feed a child one smoked vienna a day and you can almost guarantee colon cancer in a few years to come).

Wheat products are actually poisonous.... if you suffer from water-retention, bloating, heart-burn, indigestion, varicose veins, cut out wheat. Rye is more healthy.

The person who suggested that raw foods are more nutritious is correct. Cooking is a form of decaying fresh vegetables.

Cooked you can consume about 3 carrots, Raw = one is sufficient.
Cooked spinach (swiss chard) you can consume about 30 leaves cooked.... Raw you would find that one or two is sufficient.

You can also vastly improve your health if you go for TEN days drinking water ONLY. Then go on the raw food diet. I proved this theory to myself, and others copied me, with stupendous wondrous results .... they even got better looking, and with mind-boggling energy! But of course, people generally scoff at these things ... and prefer McDonalds Menu.

It is SO difficult to eat like this, because we have become addicted to our usual health depleting diet, which includes salt, sugar, fats and oils.

If you dont eat meat at all ... eventually the smell of meat cooking is disgusting ... like a Human body being cooked...! and makes you want to puke. You will sneeze if you smell perfumes, and will be able to diagnose each persons toothpast and deoderant from about 50m...!

So, since when is eating cold meat something new? I dont know if up in austria you ever heard about the popular dish called "Cold meat and salads"?... been around for hundreds of years... cooked meats eaten cold.

Sorry, darl, its your way of trying to write and difficulties you seem to have in expressing your meanings that confuses one. I rather got the idea you were gob-smacked with the New Ways of Eating Things Raw. Sorry to have wasted so much thread time... Damn, I could have cleaned the chimney in all that time!

Back in Africa, the monkeys thrive on raw eggs, so there is no reason you cant do the same. Just be careful of storing your cold cooked meat too long.... 3 days max, and then the maggots begin to grow.... you may not see them at first, but give them a few more days and they become quite large.... but then again, That could be an Extra Source of Protein, huh?

Salaam, and best wishes, just do post your wacky questions and wait for a variety of opinions before embarking on anything drastic, huh?

Oh, another thought here..... Please do not get the idea that I am an extremist, I just have a lot of experience in health matters, and become concerned when I hear people wanting change to Extreme Diets.

Personally, I would suggest that if the Postee of this Thread wants to improve his lifestyle, he enrol for some Adult Literary Classes, and then he would cease to be amazed at not being understood most of the time on this Forum.... For to make oneself understood, using the written word, is a most noble undertaking and worthy of time spent.
