Thanks for not jumping all over me about that, Karen. Everyone has the right to like what they like. With the one possible exception of my ex-mother-in-law.
Well that won't win you any brownie points with the ladies but pointing out the truth usually doesn't. Yes there's a rather large double standard in that area... There are quite a few bbw's around who demand total acceptance of their size, yet only are interested in thin guys. Personally I find it hysterically amusing. I've always had thin girlfriends so it's really interesting when someone with a few extra pounds isn't interested in me because I have a belly. Hehe life is just a riot is it not.
I think it depends on the guy, as far as I am concerened. I mean if they are a big guy because they dont take care of themselves...then they need to just move on. I am a big girl, I dont deny that, but its not for lack of taking care of myself. I have injuries that prevent me from doing the exercise that I used to, but I eat healthy (with the occasional chocolate binge ) And I walk daily, so there in lies the so called "double standard" as far as I am concerened.
The irony is that your typical bluntness and provocativeness seems to have made you one of the more popular people here, judging by comments on another thread Who would've thought?
Brownie points aside, I think it would be dishonest and patronizing for me to write something like "big is beautiful," even if some overweight ladies or men happen to be good-looking.
Sorry, Sassy That last sentence was a tad ambiguous, wasn't it? I meant that an overweight person can be good-looking, but not because of their being overweight. They're just naturally good-looking due to good genes or whatever. I was just conversing with a lady that fell into that category fairly well.
Really? Well, I'm sure that comes and goes, depending on what you say from day to day. I remember kind of bracing myself the first time you wrote something mildly controversial. And then I thought: good for him! I like seeing someone being honest about what they think, short of being obviously mean.
What is this "bite me" thing???? Is it an American custom?? If consenting adults wish to nibble on each other that is fine by me...but importuning virtual strangers to take a mouthful seems a bit forward!!!

I want to be able to get into his jeans if need be.
