Yes always have and always will, I even hold doors open for women. Chivalry is not dead and neither is good manners.

You are correct about mothers teaching manners, If I didn't show them growing up I'd get a slap to the side of my head and still do if she sees me being rude

I always do. Unless they tell me otherwise. Some women feel uncomfortable seeing men do that. I also do the same when they get up to leave.
