Don't get too discouraged, sometimes these things take time...if you don't EXPECT anything you wont be disappointed and who knows! you may get a delightful suprise!
I took a peek at your profile Corby and while you sound like a fun young woman, personally I wouldn't date you. This has nothing to do with you at all but rather its the fact that your 8 yrs older than my oldest daughter. Nothing to do with you as a person. I don't intend this post to be dismissive of you. You have a lot of sterling qualities that I'm sure a lot of guys would be interested in.

How long have you been on the site if you don't mind me asking? Not that it matters or anything but don't expect responses so soon. I often sometimes feel the same way but ya know just be yourself put on your profile what you want people to know about you. Be truthful and to the point of what your wanting and looking for and I'm sure the lucky guy that feels confident enough that he fits your description will be more than happen to message you I'm sure. Don't get discouraged. I know easier said than done but you need to give it some time. You can't always expect someone to just drop on your lap anytime soon.
Maybe be more active in the forums here and let us get to know you more and who knows what happens.

I have only sent out a few emails intially to men, and that was when I 1st became a member over a yr ago. Now, I just come for the forums and if someone sends me a flower or email and they catch my eye, I write back, but I'm not really putting much effort into finding "Mr. Right". I know when the time is right it'll happen.
All things happen for a reason, and maybe these men aren't right for you hon....Just my opinion.....Jini
