I'll be settling down to about 7 soon though...hopefully. Did 13 hours last week...WOW!!! Felt renewed...wonderful to feel so refreshed and alive.

I generally sleep 7 hours but also I have problem of time...I mean if I don't sleep at the usual time then I will be awake for almost 4 hrs on my bed before getting a proper sleep.....
