Why is that? Examples.......When I was but a young 20 year old I noticed how a man couldnt get a job in my area but could buy a house for 5 thousand dollars. As I bought several. No one else would follow my footsteps. Those same houses are now 150 thousand. Now everyone is scrambling to buy them.??
Because people don't like to take risk.....they first want to see if it works for someone else and then MAYBE they will move out of their comfort zones a little.
There are leaders and there are followers.........Leaders take a chance and dance close to the fire....followers wait for the fire to dwindle some and then they move in closer.....
I was walking around my neighborhood the other day. There are some new condos and I noticed the sign: Starting at $1.3 million. MILLION! Condos! Alas, as long as I am here, I shall remain an apartment dweller. Unless I want to be two hours from the office...
What do you mean. I have been running my lawn mower for years on hooch.. When I get a bad batch of wine I distill it. I always take a shot first then the rest goes in the mower. Cool thing is that if you run it at night it shoots a blue flame out of the muffler.
Why? I would say because some,...ok, a lot of people out there can not make decisions. It's kinda like: I'm at the train station and one is coming, but I'll wait for the next one, maybe it'll take me in a better place, and so forth, and that's how life goes by and you just sit there and think of something, rather than doing it. You found yourself in the right place and made it the right moment. Good for you.
Lesson to be learned is be your own man (or woman). Stop trying to be someone your not. Be all that you can (or at least think you can) be. So many duufs have a smoking habit because they think (or thought) like sheep. (Peer pressure) is for sheep.
