Tell him to wear socks that are all natural fibre like cotton or wool. Don't wear anything containing acrylic on your feet. I used to but now my feet smell like roses!

I have a preteen daughter so I am used to smelly feet, nothing that a bit of foot spray doesn't cure. Some people just have a natural tendency to be more "smelly" than others, but regular bathing and foot powders and sprays mostly eliminate the need for running from the room and reaching for clothespins.

The surgery you are referring to is actually Endoscopic Thoracic Symapthectomy, it is most commonly used to treat palmar hyperhidrosis, "sweaty palms". This would be a last resort treatment and only for those in which this type of condition is chronic and unrelieved by all other conventional and medical treatments.

I'll tolerate it as long as something is being done to remedy the problem...I personally prize my feet, because I like to use them in my outdoor adventures...With stinky athletes foot...I wouldn't be able to...Bomb those stinky feets ladies..
