1. See if there's some day light out yet. (around 6:30 now that the season is changing).
2. Go jogging (45 minutes).

That's a good description of how you start your day Leana.
I don't have time to go jogging but do take my two dogs for a fifteen minute walk before they and I have breakfast.
Do the dishes, have a cigarette then I leave for work.

Hey Mitch I'm disciplined as well you know!!!! Been doing this for the last 14 years, although not with the same dogs obviously. I get up at 5:45, start work at 6:30 and finish at 16:15 or sometimes later.

I've never done an ultra-distance run. I have never even done a marathon either. My limit is a 10K (6 miles). Hahaha!!
