It was really nice, we went up to this old reformed quarry that has been turned into gardens and has sculptures etc in it and wandered around there, and then when out for lunch and then went and did another few things, and got a chance to sit and talk. He looks awfully like Newbie in looks who looks awfully like my ex, but anyways this guy seems to have a lot nicer qualities than my ex so that is a bonus.
So there you go everyone loves a happy ending..... I am not sure if he wants to see me again, i think so. He seemed to enjoy himself and i was the one who ended the day as i had things to do. But we were together for about six hours so i obviously didnt scare him away too quickly lol! The best thing is that he is a local boy.
So far so good... your positive vibes must be working guys!!

Cheers sounds like its all on, he is coming around on Wed night with his camera to take some pics of my clay work on his flash digital so hopefully i can download some pics. I am trying to go slow, he is putting on the pressure, but has told me that we can go at my pace. I think he is just keen. So it is all in a good way and not anything makes me feel uncomfortable and i am in control of that side which sort of makes me want him more... hmmm ???

He seems nice enough guy. Please put some positive vibes out there for me guys as i am a little apprehensive this time around after the last lot of um errr dating experiences.
I have told him just strictly friends at this stage nothing more then we have not expectations of each other than to get to know each other and have a nice lunch. To be honest though, i have just about given up on love so am going as a matter of course, but he tells me he is really nervous awww shucks. Not sure why as i dont bite on the first date.. much prefer to nibble... lol!!
One good trait that i like though, is that he does what he says he is going to do. He has organised the date and thought about some suggestions besides going out for lunch, has told me the time and where to meet him. (He does not know where i live, which is fine at this stage) He has not just sat back and dillied dallied around and just talked the talk or waited for me to organise the date so then all he has to do is turn up..instead.....he has been postively assertive, has said to me we can go at my pace after my last lot of experiences. Maybe the tide is turning... i have finally met a real man.
I will report back tommorrow night.
