welcome to the forums. its always hard being new but everyone here is very welcoming and a lot of fun to talk to.

RE: For the parents..

I'm good but a little bored at the moment. I've got vacation care work coming up but its a few weeks ago. I've got the travel bug again but i'm not going anywhere for a few months. i might try and get down to Melbourne for a week to see one of my best mates but we haven;t arranged anything yet. how are you doing? have you recovered from your gold coast trip yet?

RE: QLD meet up!! Dates included lol

earlier that week in surfers sounds good lou. i'll have to confirm that closer to the date itself but otherwise sounds like a good excuse for another holiday. besides the fact i'm working in the bahamas, worklife on the ship is no picnic and i'll seriously need a holiday at the end. dancing

RE: QLD meet up!! Dates included lol

while i'd love to say yes to that folks, I'm at a wedding in newcastle on the 14th ( yes I know it;s a friday) so that while i'll be back in oZ I can;t really commit to it. can possibly make it the weekend before or after or during the week as I won't be working at that stage of the year../ dunno

I'm off on monday... so everyone else pack your bags too

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been much of a contributor lately but the rigours of getting a passport and visa have been a bit overwhelming recently. I'm flying off to Orlando Next Monday and making the US of A a temporary home for the next 4 and a half months. I'll still contribute occasionally but If any one wants to keep updated as to my latest adventures you can check me out at my space which the url is banana peace

RE: depression

Good on you Jupple Jarrie for having the courage to introduce this subject on the forums. Depression is an often overlooked part of mental health, with particular reference to males. Often men are not given much sympathy in regards to this problem and it's about time we all took it seriously and let others express their concerns with depression without demasculating them or simply saying to "get over it". I had it recently and found that just by sharing with others really helped and also changing certain aspects of our life in order to improve my own personal wellbeing. I guess knowing there's a problem is half the battle in itself. Big thumbs up to everyone that's contributed so far.thumbs up peace

RE: Party tonight in honour of Newbie ;)

Yeah finally got there. what a night too. looks like everyone did some drinking for me. lol

RE: Hey AM i second best?

that's very good advice bbw. It depends on a few things Angel and that is how long you guys have been dating. If its been less than a few weeks then you should be patient and chill out about it. Maybe spend some times with Girl friends because if you guys get serious those times will become fewer and far between. From a guys POV if you are acting like this so early in the relationship, it's probably going to freak him out. Remember that he knows his mates a lot longer and you should respect that too. one of my last relationships, i did the opposite and barely spent any time with friends and I still regret that now because friends are very important. like bbw said, give him a reason to miss you and he will come running or if you are still feeling unhappy, have a sit down together and talk it through. If you mix with his mates though, it;s another way of saying you really like him too.

Got some Big news...

Hi guys. I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that I passed all the medicals for this Disney cruise job and have beeen successful in landing a job in the states> I have my visa appointment in Sydney on the 18th and they reckon if it's a quick turnaround i could be jetting off to Orlando, Florida by the 22nd or 29th of this month. I've given my notice at work and I'm leaving Brissy and heading back to Newcastle for about 2 weeks to catch up with family and friends before I head off. I'll still have internet time but not as frequently as here so I'll keep contributing as much as I can. Exciting stuff hey! banana

RE: The best thing about being a women is......

other disadvantages to being a man: we can't have babies ( though no labour pains either) sorry just thought of life of brian: "But you can't have babies. Where's the foetus going to gestate? In a box?" rolling on the floor laughing classic stuff!

RE: The best thing about being a man is....

hahaha that reminds me of a hale and pace episode where the two of them play two old bouncers in tuxedos. and pace says " we might be old, but we're still hard!" to which Hale replies " you might be..."rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Testimonials..fanclubs check them now on your profile!!!

hey karen. not quite demon int he sack stuff but i wrote a testimonial for you anyway. enjoy! there's also one for Lou in there as well laugh

RE: The best thing about being a man is....

I'm totally in agreement with drags on this on. though he portrays an even gloomier perspective on manhood. I guess one good thing about being a man is that we don;t have a biological clock ticking. most of us can help conceive durign most of our natural life. (though the older we get, the harder it is)

RE: Testimonials..fanclubs check them now on your profile!!!

would you like me to add one for you bbw? something along the lines of a demon in the sack rolling on the floor laughing

RE: Popping out for a bit

I don't blame you HY. i can;t imagine what it;d be like to go through that scenario needless to say it;s been a very painful year for me with a lot of things and I understand the need for a fresh start. Hope you find that slice of happiness we all need with a new plan HY. Take care mate but don;t be too much of a stranger thumbs up

RE: Hey There

RE: Popping out for a bit

Take Care HY. Enjoyed all your comments and look forward to hearing about further misadventures. 6-12 Months!!! What are you doing, going to prison or something? ( If yes, i'll say OMG how awful just in case)

RE: Posting whilst under the influence!

Hey Lou! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing You're stealing all my tricks. it;s usually me doing this sort of stuff. thanks for making me actually feel normal for a change knowing that someone else does the same thing. RE: Ok guys.. you can say I told you so....

I think you're probably a little humbled by the experience to rub anything in bbw. Unfortunately these things happen to the best of us. I only hope that you learn now from the last two guys. I know where you are coming from though and trust me with the year i;ve had there's nothing worse than going through everything alone all the time but there's nothing wrong with using some time by yourself to sort out what you really want in life. I'm not sure what your situation is in real life but I'm sure if you employed the same amount of yourself with someone who you can read body language off and get a better instinct for their true character, you'll be swept off your feet by mr right before too long. banana
