I have to admit that I have often felt the way you have. It is very frustrating to be ridiculed and rejected because of the numbers that come up on a scale when you stand on it. It doesnt diminish who you are, but in my opinion, enhances it. It took me a long time, but I have found that the key is to be comfortable with myself and love myself just as I hope you do =) I belong to many bbw groups and it is from those groups that I found the confidence that I needed to be happy with who I am and to be confident around everyone. It wasn't that it was a bbw group, it was that it was a group much like CS. There were people of all different shapes, sizes, ages, ect...and all were warm and loving people who showed me kindness and how to be happy that I am alive and God made me the way he did. I have never let size get in my way. When people told me I couldn't do something...I did it. When objects of my affection rejected me, I chalked it up to their loss and moved on. I know it hurts and it is frustrating, but finding the right person takes time. I am going through that now myself and I'm frustrated, but I know that someday he'll come. I think the key is just taking a deep breath, relaxing, and loving yourself before you can love another. Good luck, friend!!

Not all, but some of the BBW's out there are a tad bit picky about the appearance of someone they'll be with, yet they expect to be completely accepted for how they look themself. If you look like Roseanne but want to be with Brad Pitt, then you shouldn't be too surprised that Brad may suggest you try to improve yourself.
