opinions are just that opinions...why worry about it..if they don't like what you say...1 finger salutes work....politics here on this site can be tough but it is still mild compared to others...i do not go for the namecalling or trashing of other users just because they don't like my opinion or i may not like there's...people everywhere need to grow up and agree to disagree on certain issues..i for one love debating politics....but you will not find me trashing or disrespecting anyone....so if i was one you do not like i apologize now......

I've been on this site a while now as well. I've taken a few breaks, but admit there are some people here I just missed too damn much.
While I chose to inject my political opinion in now and then (mostly for fun), I seldom debate. It's not like you are going to change someone's political views anyway - it would probably be more productive to try and teach my cat how to rebuild a carburetor.
There are people with a completely different political slant that I get along with just fine - the key is treating everyone respectfully.
In answer to your question Ship - yes, it is still fun to me.

Hi back.I found the place back in April or May so there are "we"s that I don't 'get' the references to. Why feel excluded? I took a few days off and came back to find a whole new group who have a 'we' I am not part of and many of my "we' have departed.
I read, I post occasionally and I do my thing, it is a place in constant flux and if you invest in the 'we' it will make you crazy.

As I am easily sucked into contrversial threads, being the opinionated sot that I am, the new me is to try and avoid confrontation.
CS is no longer the fun site it was 2 years ago, when I joined. But I have met some great people here, so I refuse to be run off,
The question here is, are you still having fun on this site? Has the atmosphere caused to to remper your comment's as to not offend tender sensibilities??
