I have had the t.v. shut off by itself, or when watching a movie the machine would shut off and eject the movie. I would move and nothing would happen for awhile then it will start again. This has happened 4 times.
Damn that Bill Gates and Japanese technology! Lord, ya might even think that your haunted the way technology works these days!

I've had strange things happen in my house. I also go to other people's houses to help them because they think they are haunted. It's really very interesting. First thing is to check out your tv and make sure it's not mechanical. Then see if it happens again and document when it does to see if there's a pattern.
Nothing to be afraid of real life isn't like on the movies :)

I've lived in my plac since June and twice now this has happened.
1st time I was in the upstairs bedroom at night lights were out except the oven light. if you looked out the door of the room you looked into the kitchen. My dog sat at the doorway and growled - staring into the kitchen. She did this for about a minute or two then stopped and came back into the room.
2nd time - Sleeping in my bedroom, door was closed about2 am she jumped off the bed and stood at the door growling. I got up, didn't turn on the lights and oened the bedroom door, she wouldn't leave the room so I nudged her. The bathroom door is about two feet from the bedroom door - she went that far and stopped growling again. (yes I was nervous) I nudged her again and reached in to turn the bathroom light on. She stood growling staring into the hallway a little longer then stopped and looked at me.
Spirits - I believe.
There have been many time when I will catch something out of the corner of my eye but when I look there is nothing there.

There have been many times that I thought there was someone or something else in the room with me but only twice where I've lived. Once when I was 18 living in an old farm house just north of Edmonton and in the house I own right now.
It's not so much anything happens but more of a feeling I have. Although at the farm house it was always way colder in my bedroom than anywhere in the rest of the house and the dogs were always on edge. The owner built himself a new house on the other side of the yard becaues he wouldn't live in that house.
In the house I'm in now I've taken pics and there's an odd light that occasionally appears in the photos. It doesn't happen anywhere else that I take pics with that camera other than here. I bought a new digital, so I;ll see what happens when I figure out how to use it! LOL!!
I've been to a lot of places and "felt" something and often see things out of my peripheral vision only look and there's nothing there.
I'm still not convinced there are spirits or ghosts of anyone in particular among us but there are some forms of energy that leave a lot to be explained.
