Welcome to the site moitessier, you'll find that most of the ladies here get so much mail that they have given up responding to all and will just respond to answer what they choose, which is their right, orpossibly they don't like what they are reading, whatevr it is don't get too discouraged and carry on trying

Jacko is right...we get bombarded with emails...and it takes significant amount of time just to open all messages/flowers:)...not mentioning responding to some.

Maybe the subject titles you write are boring?....I usually try something which is likely to get the ladies attention.....something like...
"I have just sent you $1'000..."
....seems to work pretty good.....

Regarding your question, some people might have enabled a feature which allows them to restrict from which countries they can receive mail and flowers from. This is located in the Edit Profile -> Edit Email Preferences.

According to the profiles, the recipients have been on the site several times since the mails were sent.
