Too bad about the firplace, hope you did not burn down the house. I had some delicious chocolate brownie icecream and it did help.

We all get the blues now and again and fantasies are often rosier than reality. Call someone who you haven't seen or talked to in a long time, invite someone out just for a friendly coffee, visit family if they are not too far away. These are just a few things that work for me.
