Thanks Dawn. At 3 o'clock it will be four complete days and you know what? I think it's getting easier. Of course I'm still on the patch so I'm getting nicotine but I ain't smoking. I'm not coughing anymore and my breathing is much better. Now if I only had something strenuous to try.confused dunno

I wonder about that. I have the patch on my arm and I'm not smoking but since I still am getting all that nicotine, am I fooling myself? The idea behind quitting is to stop the nicotine addiction. I think it doesn't make sense. I'm supposed to wear the patch for 10 weeks and then go to #2 and use it for a week or 2 and then #3 and gradually ween myself off the nicotine. I wonder if it's just a money grab cuz these aren't cheap.
I'll continue anyway at least untill the habit leaves and then I'll decide if I need the nicotine or not.
I don't know what I'm doing but I'm still not smoking so that's a good thing, I guess.

I still want a cigarette tree or four times a day but I hope I don't forget why I wanted to quit. I guess it would be nice to stop thinking about it but that's all that's in my mind a lot of the time.

Now I guess I need a lifebanana
