Quit smoking when your ready and not by a New Years resolution. Too many people fail because they are not ready then smoke again then never try to quit again. It's too much pressure after New Years.

I don't make new years resolution,but I do have a couple of very high goals for this year.. a new (meaning different) car and own my own place....very high goals for this economy....

Almost every day is a NEW DAY'S RESOLUTION for me!
I learn about things almost every day and with that information, I want to correct errors, forgive myself and others for failing at what I expected or wanted, want to get HEALTHIER, want to quit smoking (that is happening soon)
every day is a resolution........it's just a matter of pulling thru on it........
but if there IS one thing I would love to change next year....it would be to END my single status......and be with someone to take on the world ..T-O-G-E-T-H-E-R!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took me a year to get where I am now........No more smoking in car,computer,outside my home, never bring cig's with me
Now only one place a chair in the living room
And 1 pack of cigarettes last me 4-5 days
I am prepared for New Years
