rub lottsa cocoa butter into ya tummy to make it nice and supple to avoid stretch marks
and lottsa ginger tea if ya feel iccy
and try and enjoy it ..... its just a few months out of your life, and its something wonderful a true miracle
im a believer that the baby starts to learn as soon as its in the womb, and talking to it, trying to stay calm, and relaxing baths and massages all help make it a great experience

im a single parent as wel so i know how it feels hun, but b4 you know it you get your self into a routine and it isnt it wont be as hard as what u think, pluss i bet you have a lot of friends and family to help you out :)

It's the boring life i stopped working when i first found out i was pregnant because i was nervous about a miscarriage because i had one before and was told i couldn't have kids so i just sit home all day and relax i think i've read over 30 books already lol

I have raised twins on my own since they were 2....After that I think I can do anything and survive...They are 16 now and can still put me through my paces...BUT I wouldn't trade them for the world....You will be fine...I'm sure you have lots of friends and family around for moral support!!!!!!!

The shield is to help with the discomfort when trying to nurse, it can be a bit painful at first. It gets better, but my two sisters and I found this to eleviate any discomfort, especially if you start out using it before you ever nurse. Hope it helps you as much as it has helped all of us!!
