Has anyone heard if weddy is returning tomorrow?, I said i would ring him, but my phone is not happy at the moment, the handset continually flashes 'warning' at me, and until tomorrow there is little that I can do about this

I am conserving my energy at the moment, so phoning Wedward is quite out of the question ... talking to him requires immense amounts of energy, to try and get a word in edge-wise.... just joking.

I just been too busy to worry about someône who is not afraid to skate on thin ice, swim in minus degrees, abseil from his 16th story balcony, walk his St Bernard dog for dozens of kilometres twice daily, and still have time to trawl the supermarket in search of his future bride.......reindeer

With sincere apologies for bringing this thread to the fore ..... but I am wondering where Sir Wedward could be? Probably doing a sit-in at his local Post Office waiting for his computer.....? Or else he`s got it, but can`t figure out how to get it working?

.... I bought a new lap-top, and without my son`s assistance, the thing would be lying unused gathering dustballs under the bed..... its quite complicated getting it up and running, methinks?

... but he does have a young daughter ... she should be able to get it functioning hey?

Oh, then he was probably playing Spider-Man around his apartment block!... you know, doing the web-slinging thing with that stuff you buy in spray bottles that kids play with..? I have told him that it is not strong enough to support a grown man jumping from the 16th floor, but he seems to know what he is doing ....?dunno

Sorry everyone... but I am forced to do this! Sir Wedwards latest communication is that his brand new computer arrived ....... smashed!.... and has had to be returned, and he now awaits compensation.

In the meantime he begs that his Very Good Wishes for 2008 be extended to all the Forum Members, and has requested that the following message be relayed along with his wishes ....

quote" All the best for 2008
Remember .... it`s not too late
To close the garden gate"

unquote

Those of you who know him will probably be able to decipher what that is supposed to mean.

Oh yes .... he is also enquiring into the leasing of a temporary computer for the meantime ....as he is having realy serious withdrawal symptoms and misses you all so much ....... so he may appear forthwith ... at any time .....sigh cool cheers
