Alex.. I tell you what would help us a lot here.. If you used the emoticons.. the smiley faces etc.. They help us put across how we mean something to sound.. how we mean it to come across. So if it's meant to be funny.. we can SHOW that.

Otherwise sometimes it's very hard to tell what anyone means if there is only text words, no laughing 'haha' 'lol' and no use of little faces... it can lead to a lot of misunderstanding.

Might be worth a go.. dunno wave

yes you are right

it will help a lot

but ..... what about me?

as a dating site, i hope t find some one spoecal to me
i am looking for some one that is able to see the good in every circumstance
i am looking for some one able to build brigges of comunications

when i dont use the emoticons, i know that i make harder to get what i say, but i make it easier for me to screen the ones i am interested

sometims, i get a question to explain myself, it sows to me, the she instead starting an atack, will prefer to undertand what i am saying
other times, i get a private mail asking me of what i mean in the post
another person that consider to be more important comunication than argueing

it might not be the nicest post for others, but is a good option for me

there aref ew people that i correspond here, most of them i dont belive we will cros the line from pen pals to real life riends
with others we are geting to now them better
some i would love to know them in person, althught we both know we are not for each other in a romantic way, but we are buildng a friendship

i preffer to me only one person that is able to say
"i think tis way and this are my reazons, ... this is why i belive you are wrong...."
than aclually have an harem of playboy girls yelling "i disagree"

did i succed to express myself?

Yeah you did.. I do understand what you mean.. BUTTTT... you would come across a lot better here.. and not get so much hassle if people knew more in what way you were meaning something to come across.

Not just you.. many people don't use them.. and it DOES make for more misunderstandings.

Honestly.. it's so hard to get to know someone's personality from some words on a screen.

Even on a phone you can hear the expression in someone's voice.

But on-line.. it's so hard to tell at all without SOME show of emotion.

I do think you should use them more.

My 3 things are:
1) I enjoy not being asked loaded questions 24hrs a day
2) pet peeves that everyone has in relationships but then when your single again sometimes you miss them
3) A house full of their family loud ignorant and obnoxious. that was just in my last relationship.

but I would say there are alot more things that I do miss

thumbs up thumbs up

Plus i think maybe Alex if you would reconsider the choice of words at times before you hit the " post " button .. it might help.

I understand that its your right to choose how you want to post but most of the conflict arises cos you come across as rude ... I have no idea though if that is your intention or not.

So maybe if you put a little effort in to being a little polite even others will do the same and find it easy to understand you.
