Hi,welcome back. How did you find the Frenchmen ? I seem to remember percieving them as a little arrogant in my salad days,tho may justy have been my insecurity.

All i can say is i found the French people very helpful. Only when i was in spain i found arrogant people and found no help whatsoever. This does not mean all the spaniards are arrogant as one can never generalise.

are you sure you were in spain? I must admit that's spanish people look friendly on the outside but are "a closed up lot" on the inside. A bit like the english in a way, except that the english are more direct towards the approach.
