I get up early enough to run 2-5 miles a day, 5 days a week and then have an exercise routine.

Try to eat right too.

Bike to gym
Sit ups - abdominals
Lift free weights, cables
Tread mill
and swim laps
5 days a week.....I say I used to before my accident on Feb. 27/06 ......It is something I will get back to slowly cause I miss it
