Weights every other day, treadmill nightly, it helps me sleep...sometimes. I'm also training in Jujitsu/Judo/wrestling 3-5 nights a week, depending on the time. I've just recently taken a much more focused approach to my fitness and training, and it's paying off already.
Weight training every morning before work. At work I climb towers hang aerial span wires and other physical things. Summer time I swim the surf and play baseball. Weekend I do 12 ounce curls
Got a training schedule at the gym that works on my entire body...swimming once a week, yoga once a week. Oh, and now that I don't have a car and live in the city, tons of walking!
I lift 50 lb bags of chicken feed and a handicapped son who weighs 85 pounds, stretch to paint walls & ceilings, push wheelbarrows full of brush, load & unload posts, old wire fences and trash cans for the dump and carry pounds and pounds of veggies at harvest time.
I wheight lift junk 9 hours a day. Included in that is carrying junk for 10 miles a day. Then I do a lot of stretching after junk on the top shelf. I also do a lot of knee bending to get the junk on the bottom shelf. And if I really need a workout I rearrange the junk on the shelfs. All this is done, while working out my brain by answering dumb questions on the phone.
weight lift and no walking, do enough of that at work, because that is what I do all day, moving animals and supervising employees and training. I also know karate-tae-kwon-do, and do some stretches to maintain my ability to perform formations.
