jbibiza: I have good memories of Iowa, I was wandering around Spencer trying to find some entertainment and heard some music... I followed the sound and opened a door and wound up in the middle of an Elks lodge dance... before I could escape an old guy grabbed me and pulled me out on the dance floor, I must have danced every polka ever written It was a couple of hours before I escaped, but I have to admit it was a laugh!
ohhh the POLKA...yeh i used to love that...the ole guys are crazy with that still at the small locally owned bars...was so funny...glad you enjoyed it here!! very impressed you know where Iowa even is...

No, it's not called N. Square... It's right near the beach and they are little cottages, but at one time were fishermans shacks

I was in sales and traveled all over the states... if you get a chance to go to Lake OK, you should go... it was great, they have something simalar to an old fashioned beach boardwalk and some good bars... I still remember the band I heard there... Akasha, they were really good, and cute!

yeh that's north square. the cottages are built in squares. or there's pilot square. they're right at the very end of the beach

Yeah, that's the right location... but it had a different name. My cousin lives and goes to Uni. in Aberdeen, I was living there before I came here and almost rented one of the cottages, they are really lovely but very expensive!
