Maybe clear out the TEMP foldoer.

Defrag your computer.

Upgrade your computer and/or internet connection.

Clear out anything you recently added.

Check your internet settings.

If you're doing too much (like downloading while serving) that will eat up bandwidth and slow down your computer.

Something has been changed in your settings (advanced)
Have you installed or removed any programs???

Might be easier to restore to an earlier time.

Do you have a router ? If so, re-set it.

first off you never mentioned whether or not you're using a firewall. this would affect access to certain sites. also, check your security setting in tools/internet options. another thing.....some of these sites require flash and/or java. however, you never mentioned whether you have these. if you have deleted anything from your computer lately and clicked 'yes to all' when asked if you want to remove then the chances are you've removed a shared file which is needed to run various programmes. in this case the shared file will have to be restored. hope that helps. if not then feel free to message me and i'll try to help you.

If skwidwurd can't help then I would be happy to take a hack at the issue.
