morganlee: They are the worst often from a nursing background with no idea about Community Care or Supporting in the Community. I had many run ins, often found useful help in the Community Care Act, majority of them had never read it , or would argue i need more money to put there package together, mention 'budget' and they had heart failure

Some of our clients suffer BECAUSE of her IMO.
