...hey you fab guy..im off it now 6 months and i feel brill...i wont let anyone smoke in my flat cos i cant stand the smell...OH MY GAWD...when i smoked i didnt smell it....Well done to you Chriss....its not an easy thing to do..R.wow 6 months is grate, u do know after 6 months its fully out of your system, your now classed as a none smoker, weldone

I've only ever thought about giving, never attempted it. Even just thinking about it, for some reason it makes me smoke even more

..Thanks Lily,i set myself a date and thought about how good it would be not to smoke..i read the Allen Carr book which made a load of sense to me....ill never go back on the ciggies again Lily...life is smelling nice without them.I've only ever thought about giving, never attempted it. ...I had given up when i was given the Allen Carr book...the book makes so much sense about giving up smoking...i didnt realise how much ciggies dominated my life....no more and never again..i wanted to give up badly and it was so easy for me this time and it feels good.R.How much help was reading the Allen Carr book,did it
