I hardly know anyone who doesn't have some similar addiction...if it weren't the computer it might be bridge or golf or repairing cars or shopping.

I think if you know up front and accept it, later it is difficult to complain about it. If it is going to bug you, do not date. We can never change others, just ourselves.

I would feel offended if ignored for a computer.
If it something I do on my own time it's one thing, but if I have a partner there it's another story.
I'd much rather have the warmth of a real person then the fun throu a cold screen.

My last two bf's were of that kind...
That's painful, specially when it's sleeping time, when you want him by your side and he still needs to fo some stuff...you end up missing the best part of him: bed chat, cuddling in bed, falling asleep hugging.
I wouldn't like to date someone who's job is based on computer working...
