I've allways admired the Japanese and Asian cultures for the health they keep,
This is what I am into and feel gr8
Here's what ya need:
Vitamin E Vitamin C Beta Carotene B Vitamins Chromium Zinc Calcium Magnesium Mineral Selenium Co enzyme Q-10
a Plate full Vegetables
5 fruit a day
sea food
only 5 0z of Red meat a week
Have a nose on the net and you'll find if you have the diet of the Okinowan's and stick to their motto of not eat everything on the plate then its amazing how longevity and health are extended way above what is expected in the west.
It's absolutely normal there for be highly active into their 90's and can live completely independent lives.Also people living past the 100 mark is routine.
Also, since they have taken on some western advancements their longevity and health has been affected, adversely.

I eat a lot of oatmeal..
made with skimmed milk (1%)... half that and half water..
to help lower cholesterol and as a slow burning body fuel..
no sugar or sweeteners.. sprinkle on some pumpkin seeds for protein.. growth and repair... and some sunflower seeds .. that are high in magnesium (good for your bones) and great for turning food into body fuel.
But at the moment.. I am eating cheese and onion crisps (chips)..

Yeah thanks Rob they also have a plant there and it is actually the fountain of Youth, only grows in Japan cuts 10 years of your age atleast for N American Standards..

I find sleep to be the best.. if I stick to at least 8 hours a night I get away with looking in my 20's.. if I don't I look closer to my age... also genetics has a role to play... but thanks great tips think will try them
