I know her! I met one of her kids - in a swimming pool!

I think it's like this.... you keep hold of a long pole with a spike on the end of it - every time the kid tries to get out of the pool you push them back in with a gentle 'prod'!

grin

No - I hate being 'organised' by other people (even if the motivation is a pleasant one)....... if you are on your own you can stay in a place or move on if bored without having to consider other people and 'their plans for you'.......

However, when you DO wish to meet up then the Malta crowd are just so welcoming - e.g. Jacko and Angie met smoky at the airport and the same two plus Marti saw her off when she left - PLUS we had a CS 'party' in Malta one month earlier than originally planned to celebrate her coming over!

Dragonfly was only over for 3/4 days and only got to meet three CS members, but if she'd been able to stay longer I'm sure she'd have met up with the 'regulars' over in Malta who I am sure would have made her welcome.

I might be a bit of a 'persona non grata' now with a couple of people I once considered friends but they are all a decent bunch who'll make you welcome, I'm sure!

thumbs up

Hi, I hope you enjoy your stay in Malta. I would certainly recommend a visit to Valletta which I am sure yu will visit. If you would like to learn about the history of Malta make sure to see "The Malta Experience". wave
