I have no idea...I woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep. Seems that I can't sleep for more than 5 hours at most lately.
Then again I slept on and off all day yesterday, so maybe that's why.

And wish that someone might notice the struggle to keep that eternal smile we wear sometimes.

I have like a set of slow music separate to make me fall asleep .. i used to listen when exam tension used to keep me awake.

Really? I didn't know that. She gets them sometimes, but they've been horrible all week. Midol every day, and it really isn't doing much other than making her sleepy.
I'll try the tea, though. Thank you, Doll. And I will give her a hug from you when she wakes up and isn't cranky.
