Don't lie to your friends
Been single for a year does not mean that she has not moved on.
Just tell her how you feel, if she is a friend it won't frighten her away (but finding out you have lied to her will).
If the answer is no not interested then you know and you can also move on, if its yes, well see you in Kizzys Bar for a drink later.
