I have no clue! you meet someone you think there the perfect one there the love of your life, and then one thing or another happens and then you think they wernt you meet someone new and they fill the bill even more then the first one or so I guess you think!
I guess if you feel that way about someone then they are, and if it doesn't workand your lucky enough to find someone else you can let in, then yes there is more than one. I guess It depends on if you will allow yourself to feel that way.
This doesn't make sense does it?

Whilst it's true that we can 'control' to a point what we do with our feelings, it is also true that when we strong emotions such as feel love or hate, our reasoning isn't always clear. It's only human to have feelings for somebody and my experience taught me that is very easy to rationalise love to a choice, but in real life and relationships, emotions have a pivotal role in maintaining stable relationships.

I'm not undermining your claim to 'choosing love' in any way. In fact, it takes a great deal of personal resolve and maturity to put your feelings into perspective. However, there is a danger when it comes to reasoning out your feelings because if you have 'chosen' to love you're probably denying the opportunity to give into the relationship - especially when conflict arise.

To sum up, whilst you have to express your feelings in a responsible and considerate manner to the one you love, you can NEVER risk doing away with your feelings of love. Otherwise, it would be - in my view - a planned out thing. And in a relationship, you can only plan to a point.

alabamabebe: I'm with HJF on this. The only limits to love are the ones we place on them. Only I can choose how many loves, great or small, I have in my life.

confused I said nothing about planning love, in fact, by choosing to love we learn not to plan. Affairs of the heart can never be reasoned, only accepted or denied. What I am talking about here is one who chooses ahead of time not to love, not to risk, who builds walls against hurt and pain, and in so doing keeps out love and trust.

Or something like that. My track record here lately ain't the best, but at least I'm still in the running! giggle

I don't think God would be that cruel: to give us only 1 shot at the ultimate high in life...receiving/giving real love.

But then again: he did give us Rosie O'Donnel.......who knows!?laugh
