EnSilencio: Oldest clothes I have are medieval suits we made when I was 17. And yes, I fit in them easily, I whished I still had the width of neck I had then. I am shrinking

OK I have to ask.... Medieval suits and riding gear.... Please tell me there is a gorgeous Andalucian Horse involved here...

Yes - Andalucía stallions, very sensitive and perfect for natural horsemanship.

Are they not just wonderful! roll eyes

But while living here, I have had little time to ride or train at all.

I dabble in the natural horsemanship and but can only take it to a certain level without traveling outside of my area. Love it though , and so do my horses!
But I've been in love with Andalucians for many years. Almost bought one named Isabella but we got a Hurricane instead.

I'm jealous now!

You do? Here it is not very common; they like to be very harsh towards their horses, sadly enough. Happiest Andalucíans are outside this area sigh

You should have plenty of access to well tempered Quarters in your area though, they are fun to work with, as they are clever and not always in the mood to work with you - best challenge. And what a bite (at take off and stop - not the munching)

If you go to my profile you'll see me next to a young Saddlebred. Very bright and high-strung - but also very brave and curious. She's always the first to approach a strange object, etc. I had a trainer out for her because she's so intuitive and I thought it would be great for both of us (which it was).

In the meantime, The big horse is VERY chicken and typically NEVER goes near anything suspicious. So he stood in another pasture and watched the first lesson for FAAAAR away. But when it was time for the second lesson, he actually trotted in to join in the fun and I had to shoe him away. I couldn't believe it! They really do like this method.

And I would never lay a harsh hand on my horses.

Socks and undies are always relatively new. I have jeans that probably should not see the light of day, but they are quite comfortable to bum around in on the weekends.

Damaged shirts and pants become stuff that can be worn in the garage, where then grease and oil can fly with impunity. Other things can become shop rags...

My best bet is to find a Perelli trainer locally.

We all know that hay bales EAT the biggest horse in the que first. Always. rolling on the floor laughing

And tractors have a moody temper, it may well have been there for years, but just this morning it have this evil stare - scaring even the proudest of them all.

Great pictures, I love the action in the jump!
