Lagoona22: On average, what's the oldest pair of jeans you have in your closet?...
...and that you can you STILL get into??......NO LYING!!....
Oldest Underwear?
Oldest pair of socks...?
Oldest Shoes??
Do you still have clothing 5 years or older that is too small for you, but you keep them because you're dreaming of wearing them again one day....
Oldest clothes I have are medieval suits we made when I was 17. And yes, I fit in them easily, I whished I still had the width of neck I had then. I am shrinking
Clothes and underwear wise, nothing older than 6 months in my wardrobe, did a clear out having lost weight and am NEVER going to be that size again lol
As for shoes I have to do a clear out regularly as I buy at least one new pair everyweek (ok I admit it is usually 2 or 3)
I have one shirt that is over eight years old it is my "tombraider" shirt, i kept it not only because i love the games but because it was ripped where my ex was trying to give me a beating, he missed me but got my shirt

Also I have a birthday suit that is 58 years old.............................
Now that one is scarred and worn.It has been stitched and repaired many many times, even had decorations added to it, but I feel comfortable in it and will keep it til the end
I have 8 pair of cowboy boots...none under 300 dollars...that I keep getting re soled or re healed. Animal rights activists are still trying to find me to march in front of my house.
I have some shirts that I have had many many years....and like a previous poster.....won't part with my leather attire.
But My boots are my pride and joy. I have to have them special ordered, because I have exceptionally small feet ( and no it is not true...get your mind out of the gutter!). So the cost of the boots go up with each purchase...another reason, I won't part with them. They arenot only footwear...but investments...LOL

Many hours left before the newest decoration is added to it again?

Funny this thing with leather; my riding gear is really getting years added to it now, and you are right, patching and gluing but just wont part from it.
When you finally got that material to sit right there is nothing that can replace it.
