My question is is what? what exactly are you asking? imo norton is good but it also has long arms and controls a lot more than what it is supposed to, like some isp's, they tend to take over your computer and won't allow you to do things where you should outside their program, I will get chewed for this but that is my opinion of it. Is it a virus or spyware you are in search of?

Sorry you have Vista, but in the meantime download AVG. It's free and one of the best anti-virus apps.

I need simply to install a new Norton AntiVirus cd.I can't get help fromsymtem.It keeps saying shut down parental controls and firewall,I did.Still won't run

Remove the Norton program completely, then try to install it again. Failing that, install AVG.
