Canadian Beavers (4)
gemery: One day on the highway coming from the Douglas Border crossing between Washington and BC, two beavers were standing on the side of the highway. One beaver went over, picked the biggest pine tree he could find and started gnawing on it.
He gnawed halfway through the tree and went back to his buddy on the side of the highway. His buddy asked him, " Why did you gnaw that tree only halfway through. "
He replied, " Just wait and you will see. ".
So they both stood there for awhile, cars and trucks passing them by. Suddenly, the first beaver ran over to the tree and gnawed like hell...when a pick up truck got within range, he pushed on the tree and the tree fell over right on top of the pickup truck.
He ran back to the road and looked at his buddy and said, " American. " The moral of the story is don't mess with Canadian Beaver.
