But what really surprised me was that he actually gave me his phone number! Is this pretty usual? I've never had anyone go that far before. I've had them leave me email addresses, but I just think that was way too forward. He doesn't even know me!

I have it happen all the time...I wouldn't call...it's either scammer or a mass emailer...I have had scammers send me both their e-mail address and their phone number together...

Right...either way..it's not normal for someone to send their phone number to someone they haven't talked to before...that's a big red flag for me!!!!!
