really? I mean you dont like the sellwood area? I acctuallly went to Lewellen,,,than I was off to my "tom sawyer days". but now Sellwood is very friendly, the salon is 4 blocks away and it is so quiet.,

I do mind it. I lived there for 12 years. That's long enough in any neighborhood. Actually, I lived and went to school in Brooklyn. At the other end of the Oaks Bottom trail, off Holgate. For 12 years man, 12 YEARS!!!
Ah, well. I was just down in that neighborhood today actually, off Gladstone. It has some fond memories. And some not so fond. I went by the first place I ever got hauled off to jail from. MIP @ 18. What a load of crap!

yeah,, I can relate. I know that area there as well....had a few bad times there on Holgate,,,I remember lagging for coins and drinking cheap booze in the park. many many years ago.
