I think E-85 would be a good start, but not the end-all for our lifetime. I'm seriously leaning toward a car that runs on hydrogen.
It'll take time to get the carburetor and air flow system done but with something as low as a 4% H2 mix + air, it's highly flammable and is quite explosive in confined spaces making it perfect for engines. The ability to cause water to split isn't the most refined or safest for most home use at this time, but I figure by the time I'm 50 it'll be a viable solution. I am optimistic, but with the first car that ran on water.. you know whoever does build the second one will sell out like the first one did unless they really did care about more than money.

Me either but Paw's seems like a really sweet person. I can't see myself EVER giving up meat tho. The commune sounds like fun otherwise! I don't drive much so the gas prices aren't hurting me too much... the people would be why I'd go if this was real LOL You all seem so nice. I'm very glad I my daughter found this place (she wrote my blurb too, the brat)
