Life is a bit nuts just now... I have a restaurant owner who has disappeared for over a week, no phone calls, no messages... we are in the middle of a transition from summer to winter... which means less staff, different menus, reduced hours etc. and I can´t get approval or input on anything that I want to do... I don´t know whether to just get on with it and let the chips fall where they may....... or sit tight and hope he contacts me soon....
