Right...I'm sure the list will only get bigger.....and who knows...nothing works as it was designed to anymore...and it's always at the expense of the people it was designed to work for!!!!!!!!!

trish123: The social services here are so screwed up it isnt true - they march around like the gestapo picking on people for the flimsiest of reasons but they never actually cut the mustard as in actually being helpful to anybody..
Because it's easy to deal with (read harass) normal families and keep appearance of very busy department with high percentage of success.
The same bureaucracy here in NY. While kids who are in a desperate need of help get tortured and die.
Such a terrible fate.
It just freezes my blood.

One child has been saved, the mother of Baby P had a daughter two months into her remand sentence, this little girl was put into care immediatly.
