Here is something your cell phone can help you with in an emergency situation.

Does your car have remote keys? This information may come in handy someday.

If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock.

Save someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. If you can reach someone who has the other "remote" for your car, you can unlock the doors or the trunk of your car.

And now a short poem .......: Entitled .....

I`M REALLY GETTING OLD!

"I`ve had two bypass surgeries, a hip replacement,
new knees, fought prostate cancer and diabetes.
I`m half blind,
Can`t hear anything quieter than a jet engine,
take 40 different medications that
make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts.
Have bouts with dementia,
Have poor circulation;
hardly feel my hands and feet anymore.
Can`t remember if I`m 85 or 92.
Have lost all my friends, but, thank Goodness
I still have my driver`s licence!"

DID YOU KNOW ....?

You can operate your electronic drive-way gate with its remote control from a vast distance ..... As soon as your gate comes within your vision. All you have to do is aim the remote at your head while looking at your gates .... and hey presto .... they open!

It may frazzle your brains, but at least your gate will open without you having to wait for it!

Hi Smokes.

I meet these drivers on the road to work every morning, funny tho they all seem to be in the zurich area

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

could be something to do with holding the door opener to their brains.

Yeah Gussi ..... Could have something to do, also, with the medical attitude here!

Seems that here there is an attitude of "Live Forever" cause Medical Aid pays for extra body parts!

While elsewhere there is an increase in "Dying with Dignity" the modern europeans are opting for their "Right to Life" - as though death is a punishment they do not subscribe to?confused uh oh
