Hey Leisure, have you been to California? You'll get sunshine and beaches along the coast. As for chilling out, in March?...a bit further north would suffice.

Hope you enjoy your stay in the states!

Fortunately, you're coming after the Messiah is president. All of the streets will be paved with gold by then. Beaches will be strewn with pearls.

You will have a great time. rolling on the floor laughing

I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and we have 26 miles of white sand beaches. New Orleans is only an hour away. We have 13 casinos to take your money and provide entertainment, restaurants and fun. Fishing boats take tourist out for deep sea fishing. We have a great southern culture that is different than any place in America. Come visit. In March the weather is beautiful.

But don't delay your trip, as the messiah, lord of left overs, will have a strangle grip on the auto industry they've been working on for years. If you do delay buy plenty of bus tokens, and put you walking shoes on! Have a great time in the Land of the Free, to no longer fail if they scew up.

sweetowen: I'll go crazy on the shrimp & crab legs. You can keep those nasty crawdads!! YUCK!!

Boy I can see that you have lost some of your southern culture moving up to yankee country... Come home and be re-trained in how to be a southern bell. Okay, crawdads are optional.

Big_John: All of the casino's have great buffets for people who like to "really eat".... Most woman like the Beau Rivage best. Local's eat at Boontown. The IP just spent 5 million updating theirs.

I think my fave buffet was Treasure Bay. IP & Grand were good too. Never ate at the Beau Rivage. We went in there, bumped into a woman, she gave us the SNOTTIEST look ever, we walked back out & never went back! Actually, my ex-bf & I had lunch there, come to think of it. It wasn't bad!

Never ate at Boomtown though. It was way too light in there. That's owned by Penn National, up here.

We should really let the poor man get back on track now.

Hey Leisure! You want good food on your vacation, ya gotta go down south!! grin thumbs up wine
